New Campervan From Autosleeper

This summer, we’re dreaming of the new Autosleeper mini campervan with plush seating for five people, four beds, and plenty of storage. At under 5 meters long, the Ford Air Campervan is compact and perfect for parking and long winding roads. A great touring partner for your next summer road trip.

Built on the Ford Transit Custom chassis, its versatile layout is a winner (a literal award winner—for 2024’s best camper under 5 meters). It has an elevating gas strut roof, everyday rear seating similar to that of a car, a wardrobe, storage lockers, a removable stowable dinette table, and a cold water shower.

They come in four colors—red, blue, orange, and silver—so there’s plenty of options to choose from. At around £74,245, you get a 3,400 kg payload, a Webasto diesel heater system, 60W solar panels, 60Ah lithium leisure batteries, an underslung 40L waste and fresh water tank, and an underslung 15L LPG gas tank. There’s an external BBQ point and a portable toilet too!

The bed situation includes a pop-top double bed and a convertible bench seat. The kitchen features a 2-burner gas hob, Dometic mini-grill, and a 45L compressor fridge. There’s also an easy-to-read control panel and a Thule canopy awning to provide some warm weather shade.

With a BBQ point in tow, this mini campervan is a great alternative to a VW campervan, with the reliability and build of an Autosleeper vehicle. Great in summer, and with a diesel heating system, you can travel comfortably in colder weather too. It’s a good small campervan with a solid build.
