2024 Newmar Mountain Aire Motorhome Floor Plan
The Mountain Aire 3823 motorhome features a new rear bedroom mid-bathroom layout with quad slides. It comes with a standard 10.0 kW generator, and there’s an all-electric option available this year.
Additionally, the 38′ models are equipped with two air conditioner units powered by the generator to ensure comfort during travel.
The front living area features opposing sofas, including a large jack-knife sofa and a 68′ hide-a-bed sofa on each side. Behind the hide-a-bed sofa, there is a dining area in the slide room, along with an L-shaped galley and a large pantry in the kitchen area.
When retracted, the slide room causes the main base cabinet of the kitchen to slide over another cabinet.
The motorhome also features a master bedroom at the rear with a king-sized bed, and TV cabinet. Additionally, there is a very spacious main wardrobe spanning the entire rear wall of the 3823 model, which includes a standard washer and dryer.
The bathroom features a shower with a different door design and sized shower compared to previous models.
